LLMD in NJ

Hello. I'm new here. My 8 year old son was diagnosed with chronic Lyme, Bartonella, and Babesia by a LLMD . ( he is also on the autism spectrum ). We have treated for several years with antibiotics, herbals , and supplements. It is a long road with not much progress. My son does not detox well , which is an additional problem . I feel his current Doctor tries a lot of different protocols with not much success. Are there any suggestions for a pediatric LLMD in NJ ? Please PM me . Thank you.
