Need a doctor in WNY who specializes in PANDAS

Hello! We believe that my 8 year old son has PANDAS but his neurologist is not convinced. I want to know if anyone knows of a doctor in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls region who specializes in PANDAS? We are getting desperate because in the last week he started eye shaking and eye rolling along with blurry vision for 1 to 3 minutes at a time 3 to 5 times a day. He had an MRI, going for an EEG and seeing an opthamologist next week.
