It appears that we do not have MTHFR, which I guess is good. But both DD and I have ++ Comt V158M (AA) which is the one that covers mood, executive function, behavior, rage, schizophrenia, etc. I have found loads of info explaining the mutation in the gene but nothing about what can be done to support it. I'm still very new to this but seems much more straightforward to "just" have COMT and not COMT and MTHFR which for me seems to have opposite treatments.
