ABart and Argentyn 23?

I know these two things are suppose to be taken by mouth without being in a capsule, but there is no way she will take them. Bribing does not work that well with a 16 year old. She is a real trooper with all of the supplements (in capsules) I give her but she can't stand the liquids directly into her mouth. It is really hard to even get water into her. She gags on it and hates liquids. It is OCDish and comes and goes. Does anyone give either of these things in capsules and is it going to help if done that way?

I put the really nasty tasting drops in an ounce or two of orange juice, and this has worked wonders. I also let him sip a bit of juice right after the drops that have to go directly in his mouth.
