6 months into PANS/Bart and we feel not much progress

I am changing my question because I think I was rambling on and not clear. That's the new me. Too many views and no replies

 

Each time we start a new anti biotic for DS Bartinella he has feet reactions that are scary. His feet go numb or burn red . Not everyday but on and off! We are only at half dosage as a result. I know Bart effects the feet but do we push thru? Do any of your children get these feet reactions on meds and what do you do? Afraid of nerve damage. Treating Bart for 6 months and this just started happening a few month ago. We have changed up anti b 4 times. Maybe it's a good sign?? Or is this a sign its not working? Thank you for your help.
