Best antibiotic for Dan ?

Hi. He's been on minocycline. Does well for a while then back to the same. Still way way better than a few years ago but still has processing and anger issues. I keep reading about clyndimicin? Help.

Mino has worked well for us. Mine do not stay on long term, use as needed. My younger is also on 5mg prozac- which has cleared up all lingering mood issues.
