PANDAS Dr. referrals for Los Angeles?

Hi there-- I need referrals for a Dr. here in the Los Angeles area for my 8 yr old daughter who I suspect has P.A.N.D.A.S.

 

I also need referral for a good Phd therapist that does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Habit Reversal Therapy and works with kids.
