Irena Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 I could replace at least some supplements made abroad, which I buy now either here or order them from abroad, with Polish ones. They are much, much cheaper. The only problem is that they usually contain some additives like potato starch (Staś is sensitive to potatoes) or colourings. Two very widely used are iron oxides and titanium dioxide. I noticed that they are also used in some foreign supplements whose manufacturers claim that their products are hypoallergenic (Lambert's, New Beginnings or Kirkman - one of those two, I can't remember excatly which one). Are they safe for our kids? And what about silicon dioxide?
