trintiybella Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 I have had a dibilitating head ache for over a month. I am possitive for lyme and was treated and felt great but head is now killing me again, and not going away. Doxy no longer works. I have another appiontment with LLMD but not for 3 weeks. I have tried high dose motrin and migraine meds. I know tylenol is not good, so what else can I try??? It is pretty unbearable. Thanks.
SSS Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 Ice packs right on your head can help- Also, holding ice packs in your hands can help (sounds crazy, but it's helped me.) For unbearable, ice packs on the head. Hang in there--
mama2alex Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 I have Lyme too, but over time have come to realize that my headaches had more to do with mold exposure than Lyme. Are you 100% sure your living environment is mold free? This could be something to revisit when you're able. (Sorry, I know this is not the "immediate relief" type answer you were looking for!)
