How much Azithromycin?

My non-PANDAS DS13 just tested positive on two different rapid strep tests. I have 500mg Azithromycin, how many days are usually prescribed for 500 mg Azithromycin?

If he is above 120lbs, then usually, 3 days. Less common, up to 6 days. Did he test positive at home or at a docs? If at a doc, what are they recommending?

 

My kiddo is 63lbs and on 375mg every day for her PANDAS.

He is prob 120lbs. We tested positive at home. We just switched ped so i will call tomorrow am, if i cannot get him there, I may bring him to urgent care so that they can send it out.
