Evolving OCD :(

I have had OCD since I was about 12 or 13. I am now 17 and have just starting getting help for it about a year ago. I go to my shrink every once in a wile but it has been a wile since I have seen him last. I now will be going to a pshyciatrist who will hopefully be giving me medications but unfortunately I have been waiting a long time to get in to see this docter and it has been driving me crazy. My thoughts first started as violent ones, i.e. parents, family etc. It then suddenly stopped and went sexual, i.e homosexual, family and so fourth. Now it has gone violent and is scaring me at extreme amounts, I cannot even look at my parents at some times and give me mother many hugs throughout the day. My parents have known about this for only about a year and they just now know that mine have gone violent and it seems I have lost all respect from my father (even though he tries to help me out all the time) this is really not the time to lose respect. What helps me out is that I will be moving out in just a few months and going to college 4 and a half hours away but my senior year has been going down the drain (grades wise), not that it really matters but it may reflect on my college career if I do not find a cure for this horrid disease. I have a question for the others just like me, do you or have you had these violent thoughts? If so what do you personally do about it and does it help? I know how hard it is and I am afraid that if I constantly think about these thoughts that by some unseen force they will happen but I tell myself "I would never do that" "That is ###### wrong and you know it" and other things in that area. If anyone could help me out that would be great, because I still have two weeks to see this doctor and really need some advice, thank you for listening to what I have to say.
