TS plus OCD, ADHD diagnosis

We went to a psych today and he added on another diagnosis - ADHD. Our neuro just gave us OCD and TS. The psych did not observe any OCD today so who knows what reality really is. Personally I don't see OCD or ADHD and either did any of his teachers or speech therapists. I guess maybe its mild right now. Our big concern are the tics obviously and if we can't get them under control soon we may have a problem because his neck jerk can do damage to his spine.

 

We have been on GSE for almost a week now with increased tics all week. Plus that mysterious virus on Monday that went as quickly as it came. Does anyone know if or when I will see some tic improvement on the GSE? Can die off last a couple of weeks? I feel like I'm in a bottomless well and the news just keeps getting worse and worse.

 

And of course I can't help but think of the future. So terrifying and we aren't even in kindergarten yet
