Anxiety about being away from the home

My DD 15 started having extreame anxiety about being out of the house about 1 year ago now. She has been mostly non verbal for 11 years and only 4 and 5 word sentances outside the home with select people the past two years. The exception is when doing her ocd thing in the house, she turns into a motor mouth.

 

I just thought of this, this afternoon, upon returning home after being out of the house with DD for most of the day. I was thinking her anxiety "need" is she needs to be at home to do her ocd thing. So I asked her and she said yes. So ok, I have no clue. but does anyone else experience this kind of anxiety?
