Lyme/PANS doc referral in Boston please?

Hi - I am from the PANDAS forum but I have been asked by someone for a doc referral for a kiddo who had PANS onset overnight and was dx with Lyme. He is in the Boston area. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

we found Dr. Natter, rheumatologist, at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children. He was very thorough in his examination, covered all possibilities, and, finally, willing to consider PANDAS diagnosis. He helped us to see Dr. Lekman at Yale and seems a very nice guy. But he did not have much experience with PANDAS/PANS before seeing us. I can give you more detail if you PM me.
