I'm sure you are hearing from him. These guys are doctors, not marketers or web designers. Perhaps it would serve them well to get some assistance in these areas rather than trying to do it themselves. Not intended to hurt your feelings Dr. T, just a little constructive criticism. He's a brilliant doctor, very inquisitive mind diagnostically.
