Help with blood results

I am trying to help my friend's child.

 

14 year old with a significant bedwetting problem. This issue is so severe that he cannot go to camp or anywhere else for overnight and the kid is really upset about it. He was a "strep carrier" as a young child; always had positive swabs.

 

His current blood results are:

ASO 673

Dnase B 161

 

Could strep be the culprit?

 

How should this be treated?
