Easiest way would be to use the Search Box up in the top right-hand corner of your screen, inside the "ACN Online" screen, and then type your key topic words there.

 

Otherwise you can "thumb through" subsequent pages of topic threads by advancing to subsequent pages. The page numbers and forward and backward arrows are at the bottom of each viewing page of the forum threads index.

I found the following for Arizona and California. I know I've also read of a Dr Sean McGee in California. There is a link to doctors recommended by state under "Helpful Threads". You can also go to Facebook to the Saving Sammy facebook page. Beth Maloney keeps a list of recommended doctors too.
