Test for low brain histamine

I was googling and found this website that offers a test for histamine level. Has anyone had a test like this done checking for low brain histamine in their PANDAS child? Did it take a doctor's order to get the test done?

Hope I am thinking right that "histamine level" here is the same as "brain histamine level" that Dr. T is saying is low in PANDAS kids.
