Does any rise in strep titers mean a strep infection even if it's still in the normal range? I was reading something that was written by Buster that said yes but just wondering everyone elses opinion. In August of the past year... strep titers were 48 something.... in December they were 55.... in March I had an abrupt onset of symptoms..... Seems like a really small rise though.

Hi - Did you test them again after December? It could be that they were on the rise in December and continued to rise - resulting in the March exacerbation... Just a thought
