conductor school letter from pandas network

as usual, i'm a day late and a dollar short. . . i went to look for the conductor example letter to schools that had been on pandas network and they've changed the info. very good letters there now, but i'm looking for that one. does anyone have a copy they can send me?

thanks. i had trouble finding it and thought it was replaced by the two new ones.
