problemsolver Posted June 7, 2011 Report Posted June 7, 2011 (edited) She shows the "piano playing" by the fingers when the child is doing a Romberg stance...feet together, standing, arms out in front, eyes closed. The fingers will move and/or the arm will pronate indicating involvement of the basal ganglia. I'd recommend you all watch it if we can find it online... Dave Good glad it works - she does show choreiform movements but I want to make sure folks know that she does not show a romberg (though she recommends checking for choreiform movements this during a romberg test).
