Biofilms, chronic illness and a reason to pulse abx

Trying to understand biofilms and I found this - it's very very long - so read over a cup of coffee or when you have a solid chunk of time. The beginning is about biofilms in general. The middle gets to antibiotics and toward the end (haven't finished reading all of it) it talks about why you should pulse abx to kill biofilms. Some real food for thought...
