airial95 Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 That's interesting, since my son started with the OCD at such a young age (2) I always wondered what the role of obsessions played in his behavior, I always saw it more as the action/compulsion being the driving force. Even now as he's getting older, he can verbalize that his "brain tells him" to do these things, but when you ask him why, he'll say "I don't know, they didn't tell me that".
