Guest
quan_daniel and anybody else that's interested, Sorry it took so long for an update. I've been really busy lately with trying to work as many hours as possible and will cut back when I start back to college in July. I'm getting really excited for school. For supplements I'm taking: B1, B6, B12, B5, Magnesium, Zinc, DMG, Calcium, Vitamins C, Multiple Vitamin, a probiotic, digestive enzyme, Flax Seed Oil Combo, Peaceful Spirit Herbal Formula, and Co Q-10. The diet's really hard for me, probably the hardest one out of everything. I first avoided all my allergy foods for 3 weeks and noticed a big difference in tics and also when I added the foods back in. I slowly got out of trying to avoid those foods and then tried to rotate foods in. Avoiding the foods I was allergic to and then with the foods I didn't like the only things I could eat was beef, pork, apples, green beans, and potatoes and that is really boring and I was also afraid that I might make myself allergic to all those foods also by eating them over and over again and plus not gettin the vitamins I needed. I'm now trying to avoid those foods again, but ordered some cookbooks and since I have more free time now without a full time job I'm going to try to find some alternatives. Even though I'm allergic to soy I tried soy milk and that I hated the taste of and also rice milk and rice icecream too. When I do eat foods I'm allergic to, the histamine drops help a lot to take away the reactions and most of the time my reactions are certain tics or worsening of tics from the foods.
