IVIG in Los Angeles/Orange County?

I have Lyme disease, and have been on IV Roceprin for five-ish years. My Lyme disease is much, much better; I am considering going off IV permanently in the next six months or so. I have a very, very good LLMD (Dr. Jones); however, I have been recently diagnosed with anti-neuronal antibodies, and thus, need IVIG treatment. I live in the San Gabriel Valley, and basically -- if anyone has any doctor recommendations in the LA basin, that would be wonderful. They need not be LLMDs; I am perfectly happy with the Lyme treatment I'm getting, and basically, just need someone with experience with anti-neuronal antibodies & IVIG to convince my insurance company I actually need this.

 

(If not the LA basin: San Diego isn't convenient, but more workable than my current options, the closest of which is in San Antonio, TX. I spend five to ten weeks a year in Dallas, TX, but that's not really enough for treatment. The Bay Area's a bit harder to manage logistically, but can be done.)
