Seeing Dr. K tomorrow

We are seeing Dr.K tomorrow.

When I made the apt. she said it would be an hour long apt. Just wanted to know what to expect. That seems long, but I am so glad that he wants to take time with my son. So many doctors are in and out in a flash.

Will they draw blood? My son FREAKS out with needles, so I just thought it would help to be prepared

Just got home from our first appt w/ Dr K today. No blood work, but I sent any results I had last week. Your child will be evaluated first, then you will talk w/ Dr K. My DS is now a big fan of Dr K.

My son hid in another room during our appt. Dr K just let him be, & he talked with me & hubby. Dr was able to get ds to come out & be weighed. We had our IVIg the next 2 days & my son warmed up more to him by the end.
