LLMD near St Louis MO

I am looking for an LLMD for my sister who lives in MO. Her son was bitten by a tick two years ago and over the past year has started to show lots of "symptoms" that could be Lyme related. Her older daughter reminded her of the tick bite the other day when my sister was at her wit's end trying to figure out what is going on with him. The pediatrician is running the standard ELISA & Western Blot (as well as strep titers, just in case) but we are preparing for the next step which might include an LLMD.
