Anything else that might cause high Cunningham test?

I have heard that strep is not the only thing that will cause Cam K to be elevated. That Lyme and myco. p can too. Has anyone else heard of anything else that might cause it to be elevated?

Also, what exactly does it mean that "normal" kids with strep are showing elevated Cam K? Does this mean it doesn't really tell that there is an autoimmune issue??

I Think we should all write to Marianne Russo and colleagues at Blog Talk Radio - Coffee Klatch- and ask them to do an interview with Dr. Madeleine Cunningham - similar to the excellent interview that was recently done with Dr. Swedo.
