I just read a wonderful slide presentation by Emily Maiella, ND. Montague Integrative Health. From the presentation, she gets pediatric Lyme, testing, labs, complementary medicine, etc.

 

She is located in Montague, MA and might be worth investigating further if you are in the far NE and looking for a Dr.
