Lyme treatment questions for newbie

Gotta love those twins! They both got LD from me while pregnant. Each has a unique set of symptoms but almost identical lab results with similar rashes, elevated CaM Kinase, etc. They are boy/girl twins. Are yours identical or fraternal twins?

My guys are fraternal. both boys! Challenge is 1 has pandas/lyme and gets away with some stuff , his twin brother sees that and copies him! Uhhhh! My guys are always on the go, so it's been exhausting...as I'm sure you know. thanks for all your advice.
