Which test from Igenex to I ask for, the basic lyme?

I live in NY and want to order lyme test from Igenex. Do I start with just the Basic Lyme 4090? Recently realized we have been in tick infested areas in New England over the years, wouldn't have thought about lyme except for this wonderful forum. Son does have PANDAS but never fully recovered. I would definitely start with the basic Lyme panel via Igenex. Regardless of results, LLMDs are very versed at unraveling many issues and will look for bacterias, parasites, viruses, molds, environmental toxins, allergens and could probably help with your son's remaining issues. Many have been helped by the Lyme protocol when IVIG and PEX did not provide full remission of symptoms.
