Just wondered if anyone had any info on soy lecithin. One of my kids tested highly allergic to soy and I am to eliminate all soy. He has no tics, behaviour concerns etc. we just did the test as he was a terrible eater. There are so many foods that have soy lecithin as the last ingredient listed. I am now baking all cookies etc. and would like to put chocolate chips in the cookies but find the carab and semi sweet have soy lecithin. Any info on this would be appreciated. There must be a list somewhere of what ingredients HAVE to be eliminated.

Thanks
