child coming down with cold symptoms

My Pandas dd6 is coming down with cold symptoms. Someone (I think maybe it was Stephanie2) provided a great link to an article with a list of supplements to give at first signs of illness. I bookmarked that link, but of course now I can't find it when I need it. I remember vitamin D was on the list, and elderberry extract I think. Can anyone help me find it? I Don't want an exacerbation to start.
