Guest alyssa Posted October 30, 2010 Report Posted October 30, 2010 Is there a difference between NAC and Riluzole? I know that they both regulate glutamate but I thought that NAC increased glutamate production and that Riluzole stopped it. What exactly do both of them do?

Supposedly, NAC "reduces glutamate hyperactivity" in the brain. NAC and OCD
