  1. Hi, I've had OCD for a year now, and tried a course of Inositol for 6 weeks. I tried quite high dosages of 10 grams in the hope that it would have some kind of positive affect. Although I've read loads of success stories associated with Inositol, it has not helped me at all. My OCD gets steadily worse, so I've stopped taking it. I'm wondering what to try next. I've heard of maybe 5-HTP or SAMe? Has anyone been in this position before? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!
