Hisson

I am new here! I have been diagnosed with OCD and MDD (major depression disorder) But there's this side of my disorder that includes compulsive tics, tapping, saying things, doing things...I was reading up on TOCD and it matches me perfectly. I am seeing a therapist but will asked to be seen soon. I hope i've finally found me answer. any help would be great!!!! God Bless
