My husband suffers from pure O OCD, tht is, he is obsessed with his thoughts. And whats worst is,those thoughts are about me and my past. How I talked to guys and fantasised them.
I never lie to him. I had earlier told him all there is to my past without the knowledge of his OCD. Though I have not had any relationship in the past or flings or one night affairs. But he still cant get over my online friends or that i might have romantically imagined myself with someone else before we got together.
I dont know how to treat him. I am suffering with him as well. The entire day he keeps on asking questions through mails and messages. Its taking a toll on our relationship as well as work. I love him a lot and cant think of seperating.
But due to his OCD we dont get any time for ourselves. our relationship has reduced to nothing but questions and clarifications about my past. I miss him.
He loves me and feels guilty for doing this to me which breaks my heart even more. Cant watch him like this. Cant talk to anyone either.
Someone please help me. tell me how to treat him. Please.
