  1. No problem with chicken, I eat it all the time without any kind of reaction. The reaction to eggs is immediate and severe.
  2. If you have an egg allergy is there something like a benadryl you can take to kindof counteract the allergy? I don't believe it's an "allergy" per se, because then I wouldn't be able to eat anything with eggs in it at all. The only thing that I've found that helps is gravol - works pretty well too if I can keep it down.
  3. I have the same issue going on with Eggs and Avocado. It's only been 2.5 years since it started and I happened to be pregnant with my son at the time. Immediately following eating either eggs or avocado I become violently ill and stay that way until the food is digested. The only thing that helps is gravol. Oddly enough I can eat eggs when they're baked in cakes or in pancakes but not cheescake. Go figure. I asked a doctor who specializes in allergies and he said there is no relation between eggs an avocado....I wanted to find out if there was anything else I should avoid. While I was pregnant with my son I also developed the anti-WRA antigen in my blood and I wondered if there was a relation between THAT and the specific food sensitivity.
