Thank you Cleopatra! Well I saw this too late and his tonsillectomy is on Monday. His specialist had prescribed Augmentin 1 week prior and then 4 weeks post. I might reschedule due to your post? I am soooooo nervous.

Hi. I'm new here. 12 year old son has Lyme, PANDAS, SIBO, CRPS and more. We are getting ready for tonsillectomy (coblation technique) and wanted to hear what the best antibiotic protocol would be pre, during and post. What are best types of antibiotics and for how long? And any other advice. Thanks you.
