For concentration problems have you ever heard of piracetam? It is known as a smart drug or nootropic. It must be taken in combination with choline in order to be effective and remain effective. The guy named LifeMirage is very knowledgable. I have major concentration problems due to OCD. I run through various conflict scenarios and imagine how to handle it if they happen again like some other poster mentioned. Good luck. I can't wait to give piracetam a try.
Due to OCD my college life was miserable. I could never bring myself to approach a girl because I would have to go thru many scenarios in order to "convince" myself that it was ok to move forward. I didn't have the most positive friends either. Atleast you are aware of this and the piracetam could be very helpful in college if it works as good as what I have read. I can't wait to try it out.
