My son was recently diagnosed with PANS. His doctor is strongly recommending that he get the flu vaccine. I have strong reservations about giving my son something that could further injure him. As I understand it vaccine damage is difficult to recover from. Also since PANS is an auto immune response it doesn't make sense to me to give a child with an auto-immune issue a flu vaccine. I would appreciate any advice or information anyone has on this subject. Ashley
