  1. My daughter (7) had her onset of mostly vocal tics with a few motor (eye rolls, mouth movements) back in September 2012. Eventually she tested positive for lyme on Western Blot (IGM 23, 41). She has never really had any body tics of any kind. 2 days ago she started to jerk her hips as she walked and is also sometimes bending one knee a bit before she does it. I am not sure if its a tic because when she' sitting she is completely still, unlike other motor tics she's had where they just never stop all day unless she's asleep. She did start clyndamycin for a tooth infection about a week ago, not sure if that did it. I'm waiting to hear back from her Lyme doc who is out of the country. But i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this? Maybe lyme joint pain, or medicine caused. Mostly wondering if it was a tic, wouldnt it continue to make her want to move her hips even while she was seated? Ugh
