  1. Thanks for the info! I'll probably tell my mom sometime in the near future. And it's nice to know that there's a natural medication available! I prefer it myself. I'll post here with any updates.
  2. I'm away from home in college and it has been really hard for me. Lately, I've been thinking I might have OCD. I count to 4 so many times a day (like if I pick up or put down a glass, I have to count to four). When I go for a walk(frequently, since I live in a city), I need to have an even number of steps, so I always step over things with my left foot to ensure I do. It's been kind of frustrating. I always check at least twice to ensure that yes, that is a 1 dollar bill, not a 5 or 10, for the city bus and yes, I do have my room key and my wallet. I've been worrying a lot and I'm clueless as to what to do. I go to a small college, we don't have a therapist or the like. I kind of want to tell my parents, but I'm afraid my mom will yell at me. What is the best way to tell your mom you think you have OCD? It's even odd to say to myself that I might have it. And then I don't know what to do. How can you find a psychiatrist/psychologist to go see? I had one back home a couple years ago when they thought I had depression(they thought I did, I knew I didn't), but even though this is my 3rd year here, I don't know where to go at all. =\ Thank you for any advice and help. ^^
