I am suffering from a bad and difficult to avoid habbit of checking Locks again and again(sometimes even >50 times). I'm never convinced that the doors or the vehicles are locked and often avoid locking them and even sometimes keep an eye wittness to confirm it's locked . It has been years and I can't seem to get rid of it. Please give some suggestions to get rid of it.
