Kids in family we are visiting both have strep and just started antibiotics today. Is it safe to visit them starting on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning? Any advice, we are 50/50 on cancelling vacation?

We were given a prescription for Azithromycin and I read that the generic version 'greenstone' is not a good option. Does anyone have any details? should I spend the effort and money to get the primary brand? Thanks
