If you or someone you know suffers from migraine headaches, be sure to check the list below for products that it’s important to avoid. This is only a partial list based on research (July 2013); other similar products with odors and scents could also be responsible for causing migraines to flare.
The new research:
Two hundred people who experience migraines participated in a study that zeroed in on which “odorant” products triggered a reaction for them. In this study, they reported if they experienced a reaction after being exposed to a substance for about 25 minutes.
