How to use this chore chart
This useful weekly my jobs chore chart is designed for focusing on several activities or behaviors during the course of one week. A variety of goals can be entered for each day.
We recommend that you don’t expect perfection; don’t expect it to be completely filled every day especially in the beginning. If your child needs a daily incentive (beyond seeing stars or stickers on the chart) then you can adapt the plan for that. We also suggest that you include some simple chores that are usually done each day, in addition to other behaviors you are hoping to develop. This lets your son or daughter know that you appreciate when these “regular” chores are done.
Our Getting Started with Behavior Charts article has some simple tips on how to use our printables.
