EmersonAilidh Posted September 9, 2010 Report Posted September 9, 2010 Autoimmune awareness is purple. Lyme Disease is lime green (they got real creative with that one..). I see pink ribbons, yellow ribbons, red ribbons, puzzle-piece autism ribbons, etc.. etc.. all the time, but I don't think I've ever seen either of our colors! I found a website selling purple 24 for $24 (a dollar a piece doesn't seem bad), but does anyone have advice for a more.. efficient way to go about this? Or just a better price or place to go?? I'm waiting to pursue the Lyme diagnosis to look into those, but I want to start handing the autoimmune ones out!!
EmersonAilidh Posted September 9, 2010 Author Report Posted September 9, 2010 (edited) Sorry to bump this.. but I actually managed to lose the website selling them for $1 a piece in packs. Could someone PLEASE at least help me find that one?! I found it bored at school & can't remember what exactly I searched for to stumble upon it.. It was a purple website, one dedicated to a disease, not shopping/selling stuff. & they had a bunch of other purple merchandise. It might have been Cystic Fibrosis, Lupus, or one of the other things represented by purple, but I really can't remember. I need to buy these but there's no way I'm paying $50+ for 24 when I already saw that price! :/ ______________________________ Edit : They did NOT have the words "Survivor" or "Find the Cure" on them either!! AmySLP Posted September 10, 2010 Report Posted September 10, 2010 I am pretty sure Leukemia is purple~ maybe that would help you find it.
EmersonAilidh Posted September 10, 2010 Author Report Posted September 10, 2010 I found PLAIN purple ribbons though. With nothing to do with cancer, or Cystic Fibrosis, or ending domestic abuse, or adopting dogs or whatever else written on them. & they were so cheap. :/
