We've been supplementing with Vitamin D for some time now and I have even been thinking of getting our levels tested. Right now we all take around 1000-2000 mg a day. I follow Dr Mercola's website and I love his information even though he sometimes hawks his own stuff!




Did you watch this clip on vitamin D, its not Dr mercola. I think im going to get my blood tested for vitamin D according to this clip some people need alot more than then taken. Also states other studies regarding cancer it was very interesting.
