Mary Andersons book on tics

Has anyone out there ordered and read Mary Andersons book on tics? Is the site reliable to order the book, and is it worth to order?

I'm sure everyone here would agree that the Sheila Rogers' book on Tics and Tourettes is FAR more reliable and a much better bang for your buck. Go here to read more

You will see it on the homepage for latitudes also. I can't believe that Mary Anderson's book is $37. IF I had "cured" my child's tics as well as my own, believe me you ALL would know how i did it for FREE.....and i wouldn't claim that it's a cure for ALL! If you're googling how to end tics, you'll probably also come by a book by Steve Driskoll which I wouldn't go near either. I see on Amazon that one is $47.....RIDICULOUS!!

Seriously, check out Sheila's.......i believe most everyone here has it and it is WELL USED!!

there are a number of people out there touting their "cures" and it does amuse me how many of them use the info that we share here for FREE as tho they uniquely "discovered" it

 

 

Sheila's book is not claiming any "cure" nor other hype...but it rather a very careful look at the issues related to tics and Tourette's along with solid info on natural treatments. Some of us contributed our stories as well.

It is a very balanced reference book

Just wanted to add that if money is an issue in regards to the book by Shelia.....I bought mine on Amazon.com for a few bucks and someone else on here bought one on ebay for pennies.

It truly is a good book and I feel Sheila's book is the best out there. I am not done reading the 2nd book.

I am in the tracing of the triggers checklist.

Thanks a lot for your tips! I alreday ordered and read Sheila Rogers book, that´s how I found this site! I had my suspicions that there wouldn´t be any magical cure against tics, but still, sometimes you get desperate....
